In a concerted effort to redefine what it means to be an exclusive boutique resort and provide the best upscale dining experiences in the Turks and Caicos Islands, the traditional Buffet has been noticeably replaced by Butler served meals at the Kokomo Botanical Resort.

Curated exclusively for our in-house guests, we welcome you to the world of WE. The WE Grill + Wok | Wine Bar, is your vacation home away from home Open Concept Kitchen + Bar. For the duration of your vacation WE offers YOU an exceptional gastronomic journey that focuses on the full spectrum of whole food wellness with an experiential Butler Served al’a carte Fresh Market Menu (vegan and keto friendly)  that offers the finest of fresh whole food raw ingredients sourced from around the world. Essentially WE is a gastronomic intersection where West Meets East in the Kitchen + Bar designed to stimulate your senses and nourish your mind + body. Eat Well. Drink Well. Stay Alive and Well.

In the Farm to Fork spirit, in limited batches, each day our horticulturalists harvest seasonal tropical fruits and vegetables from our organic botanical gardens. Daily you will be delighted with a dynamic Fresh Market Menu that offers Western and Oriental style breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner exquisitely prepared with passion by Chefs Nino and Mark.

Fresh baked Belgian pastries, cold pressed juice and an aromatic cappuccino for breakfast Butler Served in your Cottage. In additional to lunch at the resort we offer a Bento Boxed Picnic Box to take with you while touring the island or served at our private beach club on Grace Bay while you recharge in the warm tropical waters.  Out of the sun enjoy afternoon Tapas and Tastings in the cool freshwater poolside WE Bar. Maybe rehydrate and Detox with one of our signature Infused Alkaline Waters or Retox with a handcrafted Kokomojito.  And in the evening, as the sun sets WE like to fire it up!  For dinner indulge in premium land or sea proteins over our Argentinian Firewood Grill, baked in our Charcoal Oven, or stir-fried in our custom made Wok from China – all paired with season greens and a nice selection of house wines. WE have you covered, but there is no better way to end each day than a tropical island gastronomical experience under the stars from the Sky Deck that overlooks the ocean view of  the Caicos Bank.

After dinner relaxes with a night cap in the communal Kokomo Cabana Lounge were WE all come together as ONE.
